Well, it would seem I’m back on track. 🙂 I’m thankful for a lovely visit with Mom. Jamie came with me, and Mom seemed happy to see both of us. I brought her a paperback book, which she can’t read, but it was something she asked for. I loved the look on her face when she realized the book was hers.
After lunch and some shopping with my daughter, I spent the afternoon working on a guest blog post. This sort of thing is way out of my comfort zone, but I appreciate the push. Finally, I’m thankful for the rain that is falling as I write this. My prayer is that rain will fall in areas where it is most needed.
