Well, it would seem I came down with a serious case of Olympic fever! I almost always post my thanks at the end of the day, since I want to see what the day brings. The last two nights, however, I have spent on the couch, watching diving, swimming, and gymnastics with my daughter. 
In essence, that’s what I’m thankful for–not the Olympics, themselves, but the time to enjoy with my daughter, and husband if he’s not already in bed. I’ve put my computer down and focused on something other that writing or promoting. God has gifted these fine athletes, and I imagine He gets as much pleasure from them as the world does.
