Day 41

Today I’m thankful for many things — breakfast with my beautiful daughter, picking up my repaired SUV (which looks amazing!), and a husband who is on vacation. This will be the first time in a number of years that I won’t be working while my hubby is off. Don’t get me wrong, I loved my job, and I miss the staff and students, butI have a peace that the decision I made to retire was the right one. Life moves on, and I’m moving along with it.
