I can hardly believe there are only 66 days left until the end of the year. Today was a really special day. Rick and I drove to St. Mary’s, Georgia and spent several hour there–lunch, shopping (including a bit of Christmas shopping) and walking around. What a great day! 
Spoke to Dad. His had with Mom wasn’t as good as yesterday’s, but that’s to be expected–not that it makes it any easier. Windows are open and the breeze is blowing. I will sleep well tonight.
