I’m thankful that things went well for my friend today, and that she and her husband came away from a lengthy meeting, feeling positive. They still have a road ahead of them, but there is a light at the end of the tunnel. 
I’m also thankful for a quiet morning of shopping and a productive afternoon of writing.
