As I write this, I’m enjoying the rain falling in my yard. I had a lovely time with a good friend while dining at Cracker Barrel. I managed to catch up on my critiques, and deliver one printed copy of my newest WIP to a reader. All good stuff.
I’m not happy that a dear friend is going through some very difficult times, but thankful that I’m here to lend support in any way I can, and for the knowledge that despite all appearances to the contrary, God is in control.
