Year of thanks: day 293 — Today I’m thankful that my hubby is on vacation for the next week. We have no big plans, but that doesn’t mean we won’t come up with something interesting to do. 🙂 

My visit with Mom was difficult. She was very distant this morning, but talking to her nurses reassured me that they are doing everything possible to ease her discomfort.

Thanks to two wonderful critique partners, I’ve ben working on a rewrite of a very important scene. Gotta love honest critiques.
