Today I had a tough visit with Mom. She was just diagnosed with a UTI, but has to wait for the strain to be determined before they will give her antibiotics. She was in a great deal of pain and discomfort and very aggitated. Needless to say, it broke my heart. I am thankful that Dad didn’t have to be alone this morning, though he did have to go back and 
attempt to calm her a few hours later. I’m praying tomorrow’s visit will be less stressful for all concerned.
I’ve dealt with a lot in the last few months (no details needed), but through it all, I’m thankful that I can rely on my God who sustains me and my family who love and support me.
